1. Services Provided
Our service provides fast-response roadside assistance within Austria, including but not limited to towing, jump-starts, and tire replacements. Our goal is to connect you with immediate help when you encounter vehicle trouble.
2. Service Availability
While we strive for 24/7 availability and rapid response times (often aiming for within 20 minutes), service availability may be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather conditions, heavy traffic, or exceptionally high demand. We will always endeavor to provide an estimated arrival time.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting assistance, including your exact location and the nature of your vehicle's issue.
- You are responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself and your passengers while awaiting roadside assistance.
- You must have proper authorization for the vehicle requiring service.
4. Pricing and Payment
Costs for services will be communicated to you before dispatching assistance. Payment methods accepted will be discussed at the time of service request. You agree to pay for all services rendered in accordance with our pricing structure.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and proper handling of your vehicle, 24/7 Roadside Assistance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our liability for any damage to your vehicle or property arising directly from our service provision is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged part, up to a maximum amount as prescribed by Austrian law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
